As u can see from the pov we had a hostage and legals opened fire before he was safe. 3 of us were surrounding the hostage and there was ppl who were pointing guns at the guy. hostage decided to run away when he was not safe at all and legals opened fire from the hill when we still had guns pointed. the moment we let go of the hostage u can see shots from the hill even tho we were still pointing guns

Worst RP I've ever seen from a hostage my guy wasn't complying at all throughout the whole situation and even started punching us when we had guns on him at one point. As for the people who opened fire I don't even know what to say lol.

Upon reviewing the evidence with all state admins, I have decided to to come to this conclusion.

• ID 105434 will receive a punishment for FearRP.
• We can't see exactly who open fired, could be any stranger. Also in this pov, LEOs started shooting after the hostage is safe.
