Rejected Unban ( use of unauthorized software )

I wanted to log in to my server 4 aaccount normally after a while because the turfseason starts today and I saw that I was banned for unauthorized software, then I tried to change my redux and remove all the modifications but but that didn't work.

Now I want to ask for a release.
