Grand rp overload rewinds

I wanted to delete and reinstall it because I had problems with Grand rp, but when I tried to install it again, it first loaded 10gb 16gb, then slowly started downloading 1mb 1mb, then reset itself again with 3gb left.

first it loads normally like this

then it resets itself like this

I fixed this problem but the game stays on the black screen and won't open
