1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

• I want to become an admin because I enjoy contributing to the server's community in a different way. Being an admin allows me to help ensure that the server runs smoothly, resolve issues, and create a positive experience for all players. While I may leave my RP-life behind temporarily to focus on administrative duties, I believe that my contributions in this role can ultimately enhance the overall RP experience for everyone.

2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime and State)

• I have primarily been involved in the State and crime side of the city. I've held positions such as a balls(rank-3), Marabunta (Menace-5) ,bloods(Reaper),Ems (paramedic). I've focused on upholding the rules and regulations of the city to maintain order and safety.

3. What are your strengths?

• Some of my strengths include strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the server's rules and mechanics. I am also multilingual, which can be beneficial in interacting with a diverse player base.

4. What are your weaknesses?

• One of my weaknesses is that I can be overly dedicated to my tasks, sometimes leading to burnout. Additionally, I may struggle with making tough decisions that could potentially upset some players, but I understand the importance of fairness and impartiality in an admin role.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

• I can bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to fairness and transparency, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. I also have experience in conflict resolution, which can be valuable in handling player disputes.

6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

• Yes, I understand and accept the restriction on having a business while serving as an admin. I will be ready to sell my business to comply with this rule.

7. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?

• Currently, I do not have any real-life issues or situations that would prevent me from being active on the server during the designated hours. I am committed to fulfilling my admin responsibilities.
