A vast metropolis on the west coast called Los Santos was brimming with opportunities and perils. With its tall skyscrapers and streets bathed in sunlight, Blade Carter showed himself to be a formidable individual force in the realm of crime. A man of character, many secrets, and his as brutal as his climb to power as it moved quickly. Blade did not grow up in a wealthy family. He was raised in the undesirable Grove Street neighborhood. Crime and poverty are all around. However, he had an He stands out for his amazing charisma and street smarts. When he was young, he gathered a small band of devoted Friends who will later form the nucleus of his criminal oligarchy. The Los Santos Syndicate, often known as the Carter Gang, was founded by minor offenses and narcotics trafficking. Carter's goals, though, grew as his authority did. He staged complex heists, formed partnerships with various criminal groups, and ran the city's narcotics trade. Los Santos quickly became his playground, and he established himself as the unchallenged kingpin. The Carter Gang is currently preparing themselves for a significant score and to control all crime in the city.
