Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have a lot of experience in the crime scene, whether as a normal member or as a high command. Because I was deputy at Los Santos Vagos for a long time.
That's why I know what I need to bring with me and what is expected of me.
-I am very sure that I have the skills to lead a strong gang and to take it to the top through high activity and a good number of mature members.
-Why I think I'm a perfect fit as a leader for the Front Yard Ballas. I myself love the RP between police officers and gang members or between different gangs. Whether it's in shop robberies, spray wars or whatever.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- For me it is very important to understand the rules and regulations when hiring. I think it's important to hire people who are mature, love events like RP and move forward. I would like to take part in all gang activities and make a big presence on the island! In addition, the events represent a change in the everyday lives of all gang members.
- I would recommend a minimum age of 16 and a minimum visa of 5 years to set a higher requirement for the RP gang.
- Inappropriate, disloyal or disrespectful behavior will be severely punished! Punishments are taken personally by me or the “High Commands” of the gang. I will not and will not tolerate that in my gang!
- I would also like to introduce personalized blood drawing and collection to bring participants closer to RP.
