2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I was in legal and illegal orgs. First reason everyone come to such organization as leader is to get reward after completing term and turfs is pikachu hoodie. Since i spend alot of time in the city i decided to try my luck applying to Ballas leadership. I think i have enough knowledge to become leader of this organization.
3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
I strongly support organzation members who does daily activities without rule violations. Also would implement daily rewards for such members.
I think i can improve RP hostage situations by making them more enjoyable to all parties. Nowday we have to much stress and hate towards each other doing such situations. Also will try to encourage turfs by rewarding top turfers by reasonable reward payment. In my opinion most active organization members should have ability to get higher rank in organization faster.
I personaly think most organization leaders not try as hard as possible to make toxicity go away. Good leader should work width their org. members directly and spend more time.
