Dear reviewing administrator.
Today on 08.09.2023. I have got banned for general rule 1.9, for 60 days.
Due to the fact that I know it shouldn't be anything related to today, I'm considering that it may have happened regards situation which took place on 05.09.2023. Because of another person being banned today for the same rule as well and it seems to be related to the same situation.
Explanation -
On 05.09.2023. a house got sold to me by said person.
At the time, they forgot that they have left their items in the warehouses of the house.
So, I sold the house back to the said person, for them to get out of warehouses the items that they wanted to take out.
And the house again got sold back to me after doing so.
That being the reason, why the house got sold not only once, but three times in total the same day.
All three of those times when the said house got sold, it got done through the appropriate action G>Real estate>and then it's House for sale or something like that.
And all three of those times it also was done appropriately, sold for a bit more than state value.
I, unfortunately, do not have POV of the said situation. But due to my explanation and from what I know, the said things can be checked. And from my understanding and the way how and why the situation went, I think it shouldn't be seen as tax evading. There were no wrong intentions involved in this situation.
I would also want to highlight, that this is the very first time I have received this type of punishment (ban) on en3 server (besides the point, also prior, while I was playing on en2, haven't had any bans there as well) and always treated/treating administration with respect.
This all being said, I would like to receive explanation regards the ban so I would have full understanding of that and possibly receive information regards how this situation could be solved or possible punishment reducement etc.
