Dear Admins,

I am Edward and I have a family with my friends in this city. My friend/family member sold me his apartment cause I didn't had any personal house, just the family house and I paid the price of the state value + 10% of the state value = 550k. Later to upgrade our bunker, he gave me 500k and then he took out 1 million from his bank and we bought a bunker so that we could split the profit. I don't think I have broken any rules cause I have paid the exact amount I have needed and investing in a business for family and splitting the profits shouldn't be illegal cause that's the point of a family.

I dont think its evading taxes, as my friend paid the tax to the State while selling the apartment, and if he gives me the money back for our familiy, It shouldnt be a rule break.
You can check we paid our our bunker.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Just to add, I did not gave any money to the seller, so please check if it breaks tax evasion laws.

Passing the cash then selling the house is considered Tax evading.
