Why do you want to be Leader of this specific Organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I started my RP journey around 1 year ago. At first I loved being peaceful and helpful to people of state. But my life changed when I joined Ballas gang at another city. I learned gang things and and other illegal stuffs here. It changed my RP life and actions among the city. From then I became evil and a complete bad guy. From then Ballas and the Groove street is my home and always in my veins. I passed my almost entire life of RP in Ballas gang. By participating many event and action, I became favourite of my fellows and higher ups. Also serving them gave me rank-ups and trust of my bosses and deputies. I organized missions while they were sick or unable to lead. I took all responsibilities with confidence and led my team and juniors to win all captures and robberies perfectly. From that impressive loyalty and gang activities, I was gifted with the Under deputy and High Command ranks in many terms. I led my team and mates to 100% glory and earned respect from all over the gang and city. Thus I have a strong bond between me and The Ballas gang.
•By working under many leaders and deputies, I've known many new rules and RP. But I have faced many problems that wasn't fixed even after I gave recommendations. I think it's my turn to fix these issues and show my guys how to keep things smooth and perfect. I have many expectations and dreams with the gang and improve each activity sector by my own hand. As Ballas is my most close and hearted gang, I will teach and learn from every members and deputies to do activities perfectly.
• Although I will improve their RP's as much I can. I will keep testing them in many situations and teach them how things works in a gang. By considering their mistakes, I will always be available to give them time and keep Leader-to-Members bond strong. I will keep them in strategies that I've gained from all my serving terms as a Ballas HC/ Underdeputy. I will share my experiences and make them know each and every rules perfectly so they don't do any ay mistake which is harmful for gang reputation. Also I will be spectating their robberies and fights with other legal organizations ( LSPD, FIB, SAHP, NG etc). There will be top tier Roleplay in my members and younstars. The members will not be just a gang members, they will become a family.

• 100% turf sessions and captures.
• Rank-ups based on loyalty, activity, faith, experiences and respect to each members of the organization.
• Satisfying amount of bonuses to each members joining in activities and events with me or without me.

• Mature and solid behavior towards other citizens and other gang members.
