10k $ every minutes fee

I got arrested, im in the prisen right now. Just is it normal to have every 1 minutes a 10k fee.... i've already paid for 40k from my phone but it keeps comming 10k at a time.
It says the one who put me in jail with his id has given you a fee of 10k....every minute. Why is that!!!

He was logging your fines, I would asume. It takes time to send them out so maybe he needs a minute to paste the correct text into the fine and send it out. Most of the time you get multiple fines depending on what you did and according to ic laws.
