1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I have a deep passion for the Grand RP project and want to contribute to its growth and development. As an admin, I can help maintain a positive and enjoyable experience for all players, resolve disputes, and ensure fair gameplay. Hopefully my past mistakes don't get brought up.
2. What are your strengths?
I possess strong problem-solving skills and have a keen eye for detecting and addressing rule violations. I am patient, and can communicate effectively with players to de-escalate conflicts. Additionally, I am familiar with the server rules and regulations, which allows me to enforce them fairly. I was admin previously on other servers so i have lots of experience.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
While I strive for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where I might misjudge a situation or overlook a minor detail. However, I am always open to feedback and willing to learn from any mistakes to improve my performance as an admin.
