1- My family members were getting called as f*cking Indian, Turkish, f*gg*t, I will r*pe you. (I am Turkish myself), My friend recorded it and then we get into Discord call, he played the video and we were discussing about which rules do they break. I tried to look into General Rules and I couldn't find the exact rule for it (probably I missed it) so I asked two of it in the admin chat.
2- Couple minutes later I got banned for 7 days because I asked if saying this, this and this is restricted, if yes which rule does it break, Alex Odd have described as Insults in report.
3- I was so sure that It was a misunderstanding, so I created a forum post to appeal my ban and tried to explain myself as much as I can in the forums, then I got banned in forums and my forum post got deleted for the same reason. I actually blown away for this decision. (This is my second forum account)
4- I tried to contact Alex to explain myself in Discord, but you did not respond.
5- I tried to contact other admins. I explained myself to her/him and s/he tried to talk with you on my behalf.
6- Couple minutes later, nothing came up but the other admin said I tried to talk with Alex but he thinks that you're trolling by asking questions.

My ID is 110296, I have been in the server for a quite a while, since GrandRP is the first RP server I have ever played on at first I didn't know much about the rules so I got reported for Power Gaming (I handcuffed someone while holding a stun gun) and I got a admin prison + warning for random punching in GZ, which also was a misunderstanding and after I appeal it my warning got removed, all the other stuff was nothing but a mute and it was for mixing, because I didn't know for to talk in RP language. I haven't get any reports by player or I didn't get any kind of punishment for anything for more than a year so I am trying to say that I am not a troll, I don't insult people, I am respectful to anyone.
I don't know how can I prove myself that I wasn't trolling I was genuinely asking a legit question to learn which exact rule does it break to learn while making a forum post about that dude who called my friend in the words I've described above. I really am heartbroken against this decision because I am being punished for misunderstanding / lack of communication in here. I hope you can do something about it. I would really appreciate it.
