Also in the pictures you shared, i see some error codes like: hr=0x800705B4
its mean you had error when updating windows so i think it is not about your network... also timing in picture and videos that i shared not same

as i say if you had proof it was enough. you dont need to explain it to me. i just say your screenshoot not enought to me because of this error may occur due to your port with windows etc. also Knowing that you know the rules, I'm telling you that you already know that you have to recording (pov) at events and you have to store it 48 hours. I mean, if the admins want it, you'll have already proven it, I don't think you need to write more.
