Hello, this is Tori Moriyama. I opened my account and found it was banned for violating general rule 1.8.
"1.8 It is prohibited to interact between your main account and twink. Any transfer of property or money will lead to PERMANENT ban of both accounts."
I would like to clarify that I do not have a twink account; however two accounts are regularly being accessed from my PC, ID 195 belonging to myself, and ID 2935 belonging to Jiwoon Hak, who is my 12 year-old brother in real life. If my account or his was accessed through a different IP this would probably have been around Dec. 11-24, 2021 when we utilized vpn to open GRP when the server was under a ddos attack/undergoing maintenance. I also tried to create a twink account under the name "Sil Tarium." (Willing to give further information, if needed) Since 2 players have already been created on my PC, Sil Tarium has never entered the city or gone through character/avatar creation, and has only been registered on the GRP site.
The next two paragraphs will explain my brother and I's gaming agreement.
My PC is the only PC at home, (excluding already work/company laptops) which I share with my brother for gaming. I allowed my brother to play GRP under the condition that I will be strictly monitoring how he plays the game, and that most of his money including items I may like or use, are transferred to my account. Given that he is an elementary student and the more mature themes in GRP, a lot of events may not be suitable for his age which is why I am monitoring his behaviour and trying to limit what he can do in the game. There are also rules in the game that he may unknowingly violate and there is a risk of him behaving in an unruly manner if ever I do allow him to play to the game's full potential, given his current cognitive ability.
I do admit that the setup above is not RP and was done outside the game. Additionally, since I cannot access my account elsewhere, I asked some players in-game, who definitely do not know my actual relationship to Jiwoon in real life, to hold/accept Jiwoon's money before it ultimately gets transferred to me, with the scenario being: Jiwoon Hak owes Tori Moriyama money and items and is never in the city when she is due to time and schedule differences and is asking for the cash and items to be transferred to her when she gets on.
On Jan 6, 2022 my brother's report card arrived which showed he got good grades for the second half of 2021. He then asked me if he could own another apartment on GRP. I agreed to this and suggested he get apartment 332 from me instead of buying an apartment from a player or in the auction. I do admit that I had an ulterior motive of freeing one house slot from my account to purchase another property (property 583) since I also had enough money to do so. I then sold apartment 332 to another player who in turn sold it to Jiwoon.
Undoubtedly, the setup above I had with my brother gave me an unfair advantage which I sincerely apologize for. Thinking about it now, the better option would have definitely been to find a different method to supervise his playing differently instead of limiting it to my advantage.
Moving forward, my brother and I will refrain from playing the game unfairly. I would also like to humbly request from the administration to lift the ban on our accounts. Both of us are also willing to set up a call for further discussion, if needed.
