2. Why do you want to be a leader of this
specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-> one of my friends told me that there is a new city and he told me to fly in when the border opens and I took the opportunity changing city, and the 1st leader of fib and gave me a opportunity as a head of department and so one I work hard enough that I achieved deputy director for a hole term and so I got this reputation from fib that different state org leaders offered me deputy so I was deputy in sahp and lspd and I got enough knowledge in state org that I decided to switch to bandits so I joined vagos and ballas as HCs and i feel in love with ballas it was a lovely place to have fun with your friends and to make a good gang, I feel in love with ballas as a gang and family but unfortunately the term ended and became the marabunta deputy.
2-> so I want to explain why I want to be the leader of ballas as I explained before I have various experience in state and illegal so I learned a lot from the leader and deputy leaders of the state side and illegal side so I have learned from the mistakes that the leaders made in their term and I will try to avoid them; I’m gonna make ballas have the most RP so we equally have fun we will daily do events like store robbery’s and hostage situation so our org won’t be seen un active any day even if the leader is not in the city.
3-> I will have some amazing high skilled deputies to assist me in my term so we have at least 70 bandits active and give them daily bonuses, my turf leader will speak to someone that’s one to be a turfer and if a good fit and knows the rules about capturing territory he will hire them as a turfer if he gets denied he will try next week, this is for because we don’t want inexperienced turfer braking rules so Ballas get warnings and ruining rp. All my deputy’s will be very active try to hire a lot of experienced ppl, me and my deputy will interview HC if they have the capability to be a HC and know all the rules and we will train them if needed. This technique will make us beat our rivals as we have quality over quantity so we don’t get warnings for stupid stuff and get shortly our 100% season and have fun while working for it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-> we going select experienced gang members to join the HC chain of command we don’t gift ranks out or do Favouritism, while hiring new members in the gang we will check that he knows the basic rules and have at least 10 years i the city so we don’t have members running around like chickens while being in a event or robbing this so the gang avoids getting warnings.
2-> we are going to make a system that makes members be active everyday so there will be a task each week and each rank you increase this task will be hard and if you don’t complete this task you will be demoted and if you complete it you will get promoted with a little bonus this so we can avoid inactivity in the org.
3-> we will make more rp situations and make more exacting events for the members to enjoy i will train 1 on 1 the Negotiators sitters so they have more rp while speaking with the state organisation about the hostage etc…. So there is more rp revolved and the city will have more fun.
4-> I will frequently do bonuses at people that do their rank tasks and I will do more bonuses in general to avoid gang members to quit because it’s boring and this will make us very active. So we can rule over the state organisations.
