1. I think having more admins with experience as a long time player in the city will help improve roleplay. They should be able to get into a situation and get out as quick as possible with the situation resolved. I am a past leader so understand the rules very well and will use that to help me be a successful Admin.
2. Leadership is a strong quality of mine and can be used as an Admin when I need to put my foot down in a situation or lead the conversation to something productive. Sometimes things get out of hand with players fighting each other and the admin should be the leader in that situation and calm it down and find a resolution. This is something I am used to from my line of work IRL and will use that experience to help me be a great admin.
3. The only weakness I could think of in relation this would be that I lead a big family in EN2. I feel like my time might be split up between the two but I would put more than enough time into being an admin on EN1 if I got it.
