Life Story:
Rebel was raised by a military dad and a very strict mother. When she was young she dreamed of running away and making a name for herself. She grew up poor and in an effort to try to not live a life of poverty she got married very young to the Deputy Chief of Police at the time who introduced her to the life of LEO organizations in LSPD. Their marriage was rocky though, and she met the new Deputy Chief of Police, married him and he introduced her to the life of corruption and she knew she had found her calling then and there. She is now married to the former Deputy Governor of Los Santos, Mr. Randy Don, and while she had staunched her desire for corruption, it has been simmering just beneath the service ready to bust through at any moment.
Career Story:
Rebel joined LSPD at a very young age due to her marriage to the Deputy Chief of Police at the time. In that first term she quickly rose through the ranks under the whispers of favoritism as she learned the ropes of how to be a cop. While it was overwhelming, she knew she was on the right track to being where she belonged. As a cop she witnessed people just like her who wanted to make a change, but were going about it all the wrong way. Sometimes her anger issues would arise and the situation would escalate into gunfights. Other times, in a bid to try to get people on the right path she would "accidentally" lose them on the way to DOC. At the end of that term, she had worked her way up to COS through a series of favors by her husband at the time. After she returned to LSPD under the next leader, she had to start at the mid-rank under the new DCoP who took an interest in her and trained her personally. However, he was a corrupt cop who didn't play well with others and taught her how to do her thing and not get caught. Unfortunately under a new leader there was a misunderstanding, and she served some time for her actions. After repenting, she assumed a new identity and started life again at SAHP. It was there she met Randy Don, and they started dating and Rebel felt she had truly turned her life around. Until she ended back up at LSPD and felt the familiar pull of corruption once more as she gained a reputation and respect within the local gangs. Even after a transfer to the Government her freedom to shoot first and ask questions later as the governors personal protection liberated her to be even more corrupt. She still is convinced she uses her poor choices for good as she tries to give the misguided a second chance and rid the streets of the truly evil as she chases her desire to be rid of poverty and protect those she loves while making a difference.
