1. Chief of Police
2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
My career started in LSPD almost 2 years ago and from there I have accumulated a ton of experience, met a lot of great leaders and got to know how they lead their Organisations. I have been Deputy Chief of LSPD during Adal Higgins first term and was able to learn a lot and gain valuable knowledge when it comes to leading an Organisation. I would like to contine Adal’s highly successful term and combine his ideas with mine as well as suggestions from all LSPD employees.
1) I have helped Adal Higgens, the previous Chief of police, to successfully complete one term and therefore I would like to continue the way Adal lead the organisation. The leadership skills he passed down to me I believe are positive and will enable LSPD to continue moving forward. This was evident by the fact that we managed to revive the Organisation from low-activity and we managed to show a much improved activity and deliver higher standards of competency and roleplay.
2) The LSPD is one of the few starting points for civilians that are trying to pursue a career as an LEO, which makes LSPD an important Organisation. Not only that, LSPD is at the heart of Los Santos, which leaves the Chief of Police as a person that will face a lot of challenges as Leader and I am ready to face these with my current HC staff.
3) Lastly, I would like to prove to everyone that I am capable of successfully leading an organisation and gain additional experience for potential future leaderships like FIB or Government. Additionally, I would like to prove to everyone that LSPD is not just another boring Organisation and second to FIB. I would like to show the city that LSPD is a highly valuable asset when it comes to fighting crime on the streets of Los Santos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I will continue to work closely with other Organisations like FIB, EMS, NG or SAHP and continue to create working environments that will benefit not just LSPD, but all organisations. For example, arrange training and events with NG. Getting EMS involved in situations that require medical assistance and to supervise the wellbeing of 10-15's or Hostages. Joining string operations that will be launched together with FIB – as well as assisting them in gathering further evidence to crack down on crimes and gangs. Improving and implementing more intense highway patrols or checkpoints alongside SAHP. Its important that the LEOs of this city continue to work together, despite some disagreements or differences, as it’s the only way we can successfully keep the city safe for all its citizens.
2) We will continue to teach newer LSPD officers how to properly roleplay and even create new, fun and exciting roleplay scenarios – even when situations get intense. Its important to always try to roleplay all situations and create enjoyable environments and activities for all LSPD staff. For example, making full use of the cells downstairs at MRPD how to implement them in their daily patrols and RP Situations – using interrogation rooms and mug shots to get the full feel of what it might be like to be an officer of the law. Other ways id like to continue to improve the roleplay within the city would be things like, getting our patrol units to perform DUI tests on drivers, generally using the patrol units to perform more checks and pulling people over within the city i.e more speed traps etc, helping out citizen in the city and making them feel safe. We are not just in the city to shoot and process 10-15s, there are citizens that are always asking questions and needing help. We are all here to Roleplay, and the officers in LSPD want to roleplay being an officer, so creating more roleplay environments is a key goal to having a successful term as LSPD Chief.
