that is a game bug you can ask technical admin and 2nd thing no one can use or click circum size in event

That's a technical issue happened with me too my opponent was using circumstance shotgun on raids even you can't even use it it's some kind of glitch appeared bcz of new dlc or gun skins i guess

But the damage is same as normal btw nice self report using illegal rev skin muzzles and extended magzine are not allowed clore the forum or u will get 60 day vacation just letting you know
