ID 46559 will receive punishment for Power gaming
ID 46559 would have given a chance to the suspect to tear off the mask
Just because LSPD has the script which allows to tear off the mask doesn't mean that they use it to avoid RP

You should give the suspect a chance to remove his mask and identity if he does any rule break while not in cuffs you can also make forum for the same
