2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I have always had a little feelings for LSPD, It's the organisation where anyone who joins the server to be an officer find themselves first, furthermore it's full of action, it's the place where you wanna be when it's all going down, I would love.to.be part of that and bring the action to be as positive as it can, with great RP standards and dealing with everything that comes out way in the most positive environment.
Going further on the most positive environment, I plan on creating an exciting organisation where everyone's potential will be made to the advantage, no one will be left behind, I am also a very strong believer in reward for good rather then punish for bad at the first, meaning instead of threatening every employee that they will receive strikes or any punishment for not doing something, I will reward everyone who does help the organisation, that way our officers are doing it from there own will and not feeling like it's the HC team forcing them to do anything.
• Back quite a few months, I joined LSPD, My first time I joined was in Federico term but then left once we were disbanded, I then rejoined when Jessica took leadership and my SAHP leadership term ended, We had a fun time, getting taken hostage multiple times and responding to other things in general. Was a great time which I am missing
• The last reason I would love to be leader of this great organisation is to have a great time, I loved being SAHP sheriff and after that one successful term I always said: "I'll be back for another somewhere in the server, some time in the future".
So here I am, I would love to make LSPD enjoyable for everyone who joins, not force anyone into anything, we are just there to have a light environment, professionalism permitting.
I have managed to secure myself two amazing deputy's who will be devoted as myself to bring this organisation to the top of its potential, I have also organised the chief of departments so that I can get the organisation running smoothly right from the beginning.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
There are loads of ways to improve the RP of LSPD, and here are a few:
I will be having a 24/7 recruitment throughout my term, I aim to bring in all potential to the team, so by closing recruitment we are likely to have those units finsing themselves in different organisations. With more units we have more power, more power bring the LEO's to the win.
Another way I will try improving the RP is by having a great time even if we loose, making sure no one takes a loss to a gang personally, just by saying we are all here to have a good time, let's do that, but obviously maintaining professionalism.
I plan on maintaining a great relationship with FIB and assist in collecting evidence when required and end point is to collect enough evidence so that our FIB partners will be able to raid a gang/unofficial family.
Mu next way to improve is by maintaining great departments, if there are units who are people persons I will encourage for a department like PR and HR, if I have the more serious type that is very against corruption and hates it, I will advise him to pursue IA. I will maintain a good relationship with the units and not have a disconnect between the higher ranks and the lower.
