So I had just started to play grand RP again after a long break and before I took my break I said a lot of shit n stuff but I have changed. I asked one question in the support chat and I asked " Do you think that you can lower my mute time because it is 22,000 seconds or 6 hours and I have changed from when I made those bad decision" He then replied NO and I accepted this, but then I got banned for 30 days for no reason.
