Overturn a verdict
Before starting on my Appeal, I will ague that Lebron Pluxury should recuse him self from thise case due to he all ready has done rulings on me and my wifes appeals, So we can get a ubias and fair change for appeal.
I am appealing this due to that, It is unprecedented to change a verdict From 60 days ban to permanent ban. It is like change a life time sentence for a death sentence without warning just because a more senior Judge do not agree on the ruling already given.
Harry King gave me 60 days for Gen Rule 1.3 and 1.7. After talking with Lebron about my wife`s case, he mentioned that the punishment for Gen Rule 1.3 is Permanent ban. Then i mention for him that Harry only gave me 60 days.
And sure enough when I after a while check up on my status if i got 60 days or ban. It says that i got 9998 days with I interpreted as a permenent ban. You can see that on the POV that it has been changes from 60 days dated at the 9/09 by Harry King to permenent ban By Lebron Pluxury dated the 10/09
According to Gen Rule 1.3 the punishment is permenent ban. I can not speak for Harry King why he gave me 60 days if it was commuting sentence or it was a mistake on his part i and only guess.
I will ague that it is unprecedented to change a ratify verdict with out warning. No matter if it was commuting sentence or it was a mistake on the admins part. It is a serious rule break from Lebron side.
It is only fair that the rules apply for everyone also admins.
Therefor I will ague that Gen Rule 1.3 should be liftet from me. So I only serve 30 Days ban for rulebreak 1.7
Regarding rule break 1.7 I have still not received time stamps for the rule break from the admin so I can get a fair appeal so that punishmend should also be lifted as the burden of proof is on me, to show that i am not guilty but that i can not due to i have been denied a fair appeal .
There for lift the punishment for id 61199 for 1.3 and 1.7 And for ID 86052 Gen Rule 1.7
As this is process has been unfair i would also like ro request full payment back for lost income in the days i have been banned and reinstatement for loss of business, bunker and house there might has been lost due to this unfair process.
