So recently I got banned for ER 1.7 which says (1.7 All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban) and I had the POV and I was forum banned so took my friend's help to provide POV and if I had that guy's discord I would send him the POV but I didn't have. So I got banned and If your friend can't provide POV so what about these forums ?

In these both forums the friends of id 1719 provided POV so why did I get banned but he didn't.

Ban got reduced to 5 days. Regarding you complaining about that you cannot post pov for a friend.
1) Previous cases of administrators accepting those povs they were punished already for it+ another complaint that you linked person is not even administrator anymore. Your pov will be checked for 4.1

After re-checking you already did 10 days of ban so unbanned you
