I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a situation that has recently arisen, which I believe warrants your consideration.

Today, I found myself unintentionally involved in a property transaction where a significant mistake occurred. We had a Deal for 2.25M, I had received an offer from an individual (ID:40901) to purchase a house for 1.25 million, a fact of which I was initially unaware. Without realizing the details of the offer, I entered the property. It was only after entering that the seller informed me of the correct price, stating that an additional 1 million was required.

Regrettably, due to my oversight, I handed over the additional 1 million in cash without fully comprehending the implications. Subsequently, I came to realize that this transaction could potentially involve tax evasion.

I acknowledge my responsibility in this matter and I would like to request your assistance in reviewing the situation and providing guidance on how best to rectify it.
