Approved ID 30096 | Hacking

ID 30096 is clearly hacking. We shoot him a lot and he appears to take little to none damage. He also hops out of the car and has a body armour health bar without having body armour on. After he finally dies, he appears to use his hacks to kill himself to avoid further rp.
