POV was not requested. Maybe this guy has no POV and he will be dodging a 30 days ban.

This complaint was for ER1.18, it was not a POV request. I did not need the POV to see that he violated ER1.18. If you want to see his POV you can file a POV request instead of a rule violation complaint. For this decision POV was not required.

As I said you would never know if the guy has POV or not. Maybe he doesn't have POV and he does not get banned for E.R 1.7. I will leave this for the reviewing admin.
