I wanna be the leader of Families because i think i can handle Familiesvery well and i have a good experience in all the gangs also. I have also been a deputy of Bunta at another City, Leader of Bunta and have leadership qualities experience from my previous leadership. My this experience will save my org from a warn
As i have attended lot of events from both the sides, legal and illegal, i have good view of what to do in which situation and we can win and dominate every situations.
All the members will be alot active and if they dont, they will be fired instantly.
I will hire mainly turfers who can 100% turf and make the gang more active

Favourism will not be tolerated thats why everything will be transparent which is most important.
