Life Story:
Liam Was born in 1946 Right at the end of World War 2. He was born in The destroyed Town of Budapest where he was shortly airlifted from into the USA With his family under the “Mercy” Program. Shortly after this he completed a career path of “Armed Officer”. At the end of this program he won a raffle making him The General of The San Andreas National Guard at the age of 35.
Career Story:
At the age of 70 Liam Had been retired from his position due to his age and has been honorary discharged. However, Liam’s ambition to “Serve and Protect” was not satisfied with this and he had Joined the Police Department where he was Promoted to Chief of Police at the age of 73. For the Next 2 Years Liam Was Satisfied and Had done the Chief of Police Job extremely well, however on a faithfull day his own mind Betrayed him!
At the age of 75 He has suffered his first schizophrenic attack, He was reportedly lying on the ground weeping and twitching uncontrollably, He managed to be calmed after he was brought to his favorite relaxment place “The Paleto Pier”.
This incident had not been reported to the governor by His faithful Deputy chiefs However, The EMS Testing showed he had developed a bad case of schizophrenia
He was set to be Honorably discharged and retired at the end of the week but before that he suffered one last attack which caused him to carry out an armed offensive against capitol, This offensive killed many USSS and his goal was reportedly the infamous speaker of the state “Nik Payne”.
For this he was arrested but not prosecuted as the Judge (Jackson Eclipse) Deemed him mentally unstable of being prosecuted.
Outcomes:
1. Liam can breaks body cams by using breaking the body cam and possibly let them walk free.(/try command twice)
2.Liam can lower sentences or remove them entirely from family/friends/strangers who are willing to pay for it (Max $100K)
3. Liam can release anyone from prison, especially family and friends.
4. Liam can give tours or allow the person to cause a jail break if he feels like it.
5. Liam can do any criminal activity off duty. (Will not go against state)
6. Liam can use/sell any weapons (excluding org weapons.)
