As you can see from my pov, I leave the hostage and while giving demand they started shooting directly. Also Pina says "5 seconds" but shoot is already opened from state orgs without counting. They didnt get hostage safe and they started shooting while hostage is still inside the circle.

`LEO's Can shoot after the hostage is safe.
If any demand agreed by State Orgs violated make a new complaint with Whole situations and Timestamps as well.​
