Life Story:
Growing up Daryl grew up in a town of rich and scummy people always hating the upbringing and the people, after a man named Kevin Lamar offered a place in the Government he had a goal in the back of his mind, he wanted to be powerful but not let the power get to his head. He had a goal of High command but to know everyone.
After reaching his goal he realised Power is what makes the world work, everyone else has power, why not him, so he became greedy and arrogant just like the people he grew up around, He was tested with a decision, all his corruption was found on old bodycam storages, so before joining back to any org, he used his trusty revolver and shot his brother (William Scott) and left him in the dessert to rot, however Williams body was never found and is MIA till this day
Career Story:
His strong leadership qualities allowed him to easily progress into the role of USSS Director and grab a hold of a lawyers license by hard work and also studying to much, then moved to FIB and got promoted to supervisor of HR, spec ops and Undercover. then going back to government to run for governor, after failing in the debates against the other candidate. he went downhill and lost his mind, he spiralled more into insanity after being given deputy chief in LSPD he used his power for bad, Daryl Then became the Chief of Police, being so occupied on his work he turned to alcohol and drugs to make the time go by easier. After his term cut short he joined the Los santos Vagos where his mind was tainted and power hunger and greedy, Daryl and his friends left the criminal lifestyle, but there mindsets didn't change one bit.
Outcomes:
1. Daryl can drive off road in order to get to places quicker with SUVs only. (No Non-RP Driving)
2. Daryl can takes drugs on/off duty to calm down and relax
3. Daryl is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
4.Daryl is allowed 1v2 due to his USSS director and spec ops training
5. Daryl can go into Ghetto of duty and make drug/ weapon trades and to kill people in there.
6.Daryl's bodycam is always backed up to personal clouds
