hello sir,sir i am not aware of rule that only unofficial family can take hostage in store robbery cause its a new rule which i don,t know because last year i did the hostage situation with my official family and that time this is not a rule.
please forgive me i accept that this is my mistake.i must read all the rules before participating in a store robbery or any other event. i would not repeat this mistake ever again. please accept my apology.

that's not a rule - u don't have such functionality if u a not a gang or unoff
