I made a forum of SR 5.11 But he gave the reason :no license plate is presented in the video as you can see in the POV the guy is On Duty with Uniform so if he is
not using org vehicle then he is using Personal vehicle which is also rule break (SR 5.10) Please recheck the forum and give proper decision
