A long time ago near the time of 4 July 2001 A boy named Draken was born in the hospital which is near the Gangs Hq . His father was the leader of a gang named west side ballas and he was wanted by the state .
Draken had a big brother named Mikey . After 5 years on 4 July when everybody was celebrating the birthday of Draken some Leos with So many guns and air support attack the hq of ballas so many gang members died and unfortunately on the birthday of Draken his father died in front of him , his whole family was crying for him and then Fib sealed the area and Draken , his mother and brother left the gangs area and shifted to Paleto bey and one day Draken big brother left his home without telling anybody and secretly joined a gang and when his mother gets to know about that she died because of heart attack and everything was over for Draken he was alone and poor and then His childhood Friend Came and gave him some good and money and He decided that he will become a Sherrif . He Did hardwork and after some years he became one of the highcommand Of the San Andreas highway police . Everything was going alright and Draken was going home at night from a lonely road and then around the time of 12:45 2 purple gang cars came and took him in an abandoned house and he saw a lot of members wearing purple dress the same as his father gang members wears and then the rain started and A guy came with so many people and when Draken Saw his faces he was shocked because the man was his brother and he is now the leader of the gang which his father started some years before , he invited Draken to Join his gang and share all the information regarding Gang raid and Ghetto patrols. For now Draken declined but then His brother told him that our father's killer is the sheriff of SAHP . Draken then decided to be a part of gang and SAHP at the same time
Outcomes
1. Draken Tempest can take bribes from anyone.(100k maximum)
2. Draken Tempest Can become a hostage if he is bribed, up to $100K.
3. Draken Tempest can lie about a lawyer if he's available or not.
4. Draken Tempest Can process others without reading Miranda Rights.
5.Draken Tempest Can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill/rob people for funs (will not be against the Leos)
6. Draken Tempest can remove stars and previously committed crimes from criminals for bribe upto (100K)
7. Draken Tempest Has Special Eyeglasses Which Record Body cam 24/7 and Is Always Active.
8. Draken Tempest can release anyone from prison, especially family and friends. ( if they are paying good money)
9. Draken Tempest can do Illegal activity with his Family. (will not be against leos )
10. Draken Tempest is always connected to the SAHP cloud via his PDA.
11. Draken Tempest can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. (Not org weapons and ammunation)
12. Draken Tempest can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands.(Wont break Gen Rule 6.15)
13. Draken Tempest can destroy any officers or citizens body cam (with /try twice only )
14. Draken Temest can look like on duty without being on duty in normal clothes
15. Draken Tempest can buy weapons from Black Market.
16. Draken Teepest can process the criminals without confiscating their weapons
17. Draken Tempest brings his ID everywhere (off-duty also) to help him in situations
