Rejected Ban Appeal

I think I got banned for this complaint? But if you actually watch the video I never shot the guy who is recording the video, I shot the guy who purposely car rammed us and for the robbing situation all I did was aim a gun at him in my hq because he wasn't listening to orders which is allowed lol... I've robbed multiple people in the HQ

Here's a thread of me doing the SAME exact thing and it got closed because all the person is doing is delaying and no roleplaying fear.

These our the gang rules:
1.2 Being on the HQ of a gang, you are required to do all the requirements of the gang. | WARN
1.3 On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organisations. | WARN
1.10 Gang members on their HQ can kill everybody in case if you do not agree with their demands.

Within YOUR rules I'm allowed to rob people in the HQ its a roleplay situation, the other people in this video killing the guy was the only rules broken and sum people not wearing 51 percent green.

oh i realized what i really got banned for now it was because i made someone drop their vehicle scanner, i figured since its a illegal item that i could steal it but i guess not - my bad. I think I should be unbanned its really not that serious i just really didnt know u can't take that item. Simple mistake.
