I would like to be the leader of this gang because I believe that I am capable of bringing quality gang RP to the city due to the fact that I have vast experience with gangs amongst the GTA RP community (900 hours and counting).
I would like to be the leader of this gang to give myself and my other members of our old family an opportunity to show that we have and are capable of changing who we used to be 8 months ago. We have done a lot of work internally over these past months to change how we RP and also how we maintain discipline amongst our ranks. There will be a ZERO tolerance policy for rule breaks regardless of who commits it and respect between our leaders and administration will be the top priority.
I would like to be leader of this gang to help new players in the city experience what a gang should be like, we want to have new players in the city become long term players, and we believe a way to achieve that is by providing consistent fun to those players so that even when we are gone they still have good memories of their first criminal org.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization is based on respect, My deputies and Myself firmly believe that fun roleplay happens through mutual respect amongst members of the org. Our advice is simple, show that you respect and care for your members and 9 times out of 10 they will show respect back. We are here to have fun, when things get toxic and disrespectful it removes fun from the game and that is not what we want.
