Dear Jonny,

Out of all the admins i admire you the most, but what you just did in front of me was unacceptable. i understand the user's microphone was loud but you could've handled the situation way better than you did. A simple "Can you lower your mic please" or "Hey, your mic is a bit loud". Not "Chill, chill, it's a green zone" the user was confused on what you were talking about. And what does green zone have to do with his mic being loud? Then when he gave you the same energy back you turned on "admin mode" following with a sentence of "what'd you say?" intending on putting fear into him and of course it worked. Then you said "you too" I'm not sure if that was towards me but if it was then that's 2 cases of Abuse of Power. Next time before showing unnecessary attitude and/or power please show respect to all users FIRST.

Hey,
you interpreted the situation like this, I didnt mean to come off rude to you. If you felt like that, im sorry.

Green Zone is an Area where players should be in peace and quiet. His microphone was loud, open and his F12 on maximum, thats the only thing im trying to communicating him. I didnt give him any punishment, he seemed to fix the issue afterwards.

I appreciate the apology but if you rewatch the POV you can see that you didn’t approach the user with the issue: “your mic is loud, please lower it” or “your F12 is on max please lower it to minimum or close to minimum” instead you approached with attitude, you made him scared as you can hear in his voice how his tone changed. And didn’t even say what you wanted from him until he gave you the same energy back. If it was any other player and he gave them the same energy back they can’t just turn on “admin mode”.
