if u r cheating or not that's up to the admins to decide, but u have used a very nice trick by hiding ur in-game crosshair, then uploading the video in low quality/resolution (everything blurry/pixelated).

It is not illegal to use different apps for cross

its not illegal but all overlays must be recorded in the pov, i think that the rule.
