2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
So far I have played on the RS server and there I was gang leader 4 times. I led Vagos three times and Families once. I know everything about RolePlay and the Grand Project. I know Families HQ by heart and I know how I would organize people and how I would take them to events and lead them to them.
I have everything ready. From the high command team, to the graffiti team, the negotiation team and the turf team. I believe that I have one of the best turf teams on the grand project, which has taken 100% of the territory on several different servers several times. These are all my friends whom I trust the most and who would support me through this experience.
as I said, I have led criminal organizations many times and I would like to do it again, but this time on this server. I want to experience something new and I think that I am one of the best people for this position.
If I became a leader, I would make Families the most active organization on the server. We would go to every possible event and RolePlay would never be neglected.
I have a lot of friends who would help me run the organization to achieve that goal of Families being the strongest gang on the server, the strongest gang that this server has ever seen.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Surely, to begin with, I would accept older, responsible and mature people who know the rules of the Ghetto, the rules of the city, and even the RolePlay rules themselves, in order to reduce the failes to a minimum.
People who want to be employed should be examined in more detail and no one should be allowed to examine people. People would be interrogated by the Leader and Co-Leader themselves, because they will have access to invitations to the organization and no one else, so that it would not happen that lower ranks can invite people to the gang and give them ranks as they arrive.
As before, only the most basic Ghetto Rules should not be examined, but in my opinion also those that are not basic, because after all, rules are rules and must be known if you want a better RP.
I am always here to help whoever asks me to give them some advice or something similar regarding the organization itself. I believe that I am a fair and correct person above all and that I can therefore contribute to the organization and help people.
It should be a little more properly divided what opportunities each rank has in the Organization, I would add more ranks for each function. We will always divide members into each faction, for Turfs and for Sprays.
