Hello Mazhor & Vincent,
I am writing to submit a new unban appeal regarding the ban for alleged cheating on the Grand DE2 server.
Previously, my application was rejected by Vincent due to some misunderstandings that I had attempted to clarify with him. There was an incident where I submitted a unban appeal for a friend on DE1, as he did not possess a forum account. The reason cited for his ban was "advertising cheats." Vincent mistakenly assumed that I was the individual in question. However, you can verify this by cross-referencing my unique ID on DE1, which is entirely distinct from the person in question. I only made the ban request out of a belief that my friend had been wrongly accused, and I was unaware of the repercussions at the time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. A thorough review of the logs will confirm my innocence, as I was not involved in any cheating activities.
Approximately 5-6 months ago, I was wrongly banned for 2/2 cheating due to a misunderstanding. I acknowledge that cheating is strictly prohibited on your server, and I wish to emphasize that I had no involvement in such activities.
Upon reviewing the logs, it appears that I have previously faced bans for different reasons, for which I am also very sorry. However, all my previous cheating bans were eventually lifted due to inaccurate assessments. I have consistently strived to adhere to the server's rules and have never knowingly violated them.
Regarding my Twink account, I granted access to a friend who lacked an account of his own (Twink ID: 37671). Regrettably, he logged in with a separate social club account that had been banned multiple times for cheating. I was unaware of this fact until after my own ban. I recognize that I should have exercised greater caution in sharing my account information. I bear full responsibility for this oversight. Nonetheless, I believe it is unjust to be banned for 2/2 cheating when no cheating took place.
I kindly request that you reconsider my ban. I agree to carefully protect my account information in the future and not to share it with others. I have been out of the community for some time now, and I really miss the camaraderie and experiences I shared with my friends. I assure you that I will be a responsible player who will fully abide by the rules of the server.
