Hello mazhor I was recently banned for the rule 1.4 and I am making this report to at least lower my time not even get fully unbanned. When I broke the rule 1.4 I did not know at that time there is such rules like this one at all and I would like to apologies for my actions and now that I am really experienced in the city and has been in it for a long time I know most of the rules in the city and would not brake any rules that could lead up to a really long banned like this Hopefully you can reconsider my ban and lower my time. Thanks for taking your time and reading this!
