i would like seniors to review this clip and lemme know why was this clear deceiving Admins ignored here and why was he only punished for ooc insult

it is pretty clear to avoid his punishment he lied to admin saying he has bag on his head and he doesnt know situation is ooc while mentioning admin a second ago and saying "Arthur they are treating me like an animal" if he didnt know admin was there why did he mention admins name and its also pretty clear he is the one who called admin so this is clearly deceiving Admins and he didnt get punish for this.
