All the things wrong with in the video:
ID 99135 is shooting while theres an admin situation goin on
ID 22299 have broken GR 1.7 whom is not wearing gang clothes and is pointing a gun at me
ID 88807 is Mixing
and while the situation went back to RP and the admin left he started mixing saying "Yaswanth punish him,Yaswanth punish him" which is considered mixing. The admin did not punish any of them for breaking all those 3 rules and rejected my form saying there weren't any mixing or rule breaking in the report.

Administrator got punished for this situation. Regarding mixing do not agree as from your side there was no rp whatsoever+ administrator was involved in situation before so will not punish leader and you should have been punished for stalling or fail rp immediately since no point of continuing rp with a person who already broke rule
