There was no RDM as it was a red zone and in red zone you can shoot without demands

However ID 115141 will receive punishment for Gen rule 6.24

6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc.​
