2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be leader of a organization because I've been leader of Ballas and Families too in the past and I wanna try to be leader again to bring old RP back.
I'm in crime organizations since the starting and I properly know how it works and I have a lot of experience as a deputy and leader. And I'm very strict in leading events and making activity, so I'm gonna try to make Ballas the most active gang again. If I get the the chance to be leader I will make Marabunta the most active gang in city.
I will try to get 100% turfs in Marabunta as it has a very good number of territories. I will make Ballas so strong that people would think before coming in Ghetto. And I will have the best turfers for my gang, and give out bonuses to the members who show up in events.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Not gonna invite players in 5 years old in city.
2. Not gonna make rank ups common.
3. Interviews will be taken before someone get invited.
4. Will improve RP in negotiations in Store Robberys/Hostage Situations
5. Bonuses will be provided.
6. Get a good grafitti team for 100% sprays.
7. Special events for gang.
8. Getting 100% turf territories.
