Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I was once the leader of Los Santos Vagos in the first time I have my Orga through the first term and that with performance at 2 times went off to the Ballas leadership where I had the goal to build stronger and better me what I have tried the 25 days and had managed in the time with 31 areas and an average online number of member +40
we were the gang with the most cland earnings but a bad submarine count so now I would want to take over Vagos again and make the best out of the 3 tries then and fill my goals:
100% Turf
All ammo and weapons over 100k
To reach terrorist level


Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Through the experience of my two leaderships, I know what I did wrong and what I can improve, so the first thing I would do is try to revive the ghetto. Then take on more robbers and take hostages so that the FIB and PD have more to do again so that they also have opponents again since the state orga are in first place because no one wants to do anything about the other gangs.
Ballas is mostly responsible for Davis because that's where the hood isand I would also like to introduce a bloodin and a bloodout principle sounds strange at the beginning but will be better later when we have a certain manpower and someone wants to join us he has to wait until he can come then the whole gang has to come and he has to introduce himself then the questions are asked and some other things things if he makes it if he makes it and all are for it the supreme leader takes a baseball bat and is beaten up in a bloodin with a bloodin wants to run like this one gathers in a circle the person says that concerns and why he should throw the clamps of us on the ground then he is told something and then everything he has done to us is shot so that he forgets.
