I'll also help our gang members become better by giving them training and making things more enjoyable. Only those who understand the game's rules well can join us. I'll organize many situations where hostages are involved to keep the pretend police active. Under my leadership, I'll make sure everyone respects our gang. We have experienced leaders who will teach newcomers all they need to know. I'll reward everyone based on how much they do to keep their spirits up.
