2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been the deputy of may top tier gang that have set the bar for gangs on en1 and en2 and spent a lot of time in gangs over the past 2 years that I have spent on grand but over that time I have only gotten the opportunity once as a 1 week filler to be a leader on en1 I can lead a very successful gang and have proved that I can over and over by helping run 2 term gangs on en1 and en2 and the first Ballas en3 even though that was a short term because of the leader getting banned.
2. I can bring a different type of RP and different scenes with in en3 as I stated before I have the experience I know what works and what doesn't work I have a strong team of people that are not all from my family that are good and have spent just as much time in gangs as I have we can think of new ways and different ways to bring another light and fun for everyone involved with our new ways of RP and the way we run our gang
3. My knowledge of the gang events and how to do them is unmatched I have strats for every single even that gangs are involved in that work and make it fun for everyone involved and the RP is at a high-level with in the rules and guidelines of the server.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Turfs not being a top prio in my gang turfs are fun and they will probably be played but they will not be the main focus of my gang my gang and my high command and deputy's will be focused on keeping OOC relations at a time high and making IC relationships good for everyone.
2. Terrorist org not being are only focus once again terrorist org is cool and if it happens it happens but it being the only focus is a bad strategy for RP and keeping the gang running for 2 strong terms it causes people to only focus on doing terrorist level crimes and not any of the crimes that make the cops have fun to
3. A focus on having fun and enjoying the time in the gang all members should enjoy being in gang and should have a fun time every time they show up to events and gang meetings.
4. Lastly Keeping OOC relations good and IC relations fun I will do this buy pushing the gangs to do small "Wars" and go against each other in ghetto that way not just one gang is steam rolling all the others in ghetto this will create fun gun fights along with some sort of NON toxic conflict with in the gangs to make sure that the gangs constantly have something to do and someone to have comp with at all levels
My last APP was denied for lack of experience I have been playing grand for over 2 years now since may of 2021 id 24462 EN1 1685 en2 and 1192 on en3 I have more experience then most on this server in gangs on all servers EN and RU thousands of hours and hours put into the server being a gang deputy and high command I have MORE experience then presents its self on en3
