1| 1st Reason, i wanna become leader of LSPD Cause i wanna make RP more FUN, I've been playing grand for a year now i've just been watching people how they RP and learning from others by watching them from side lines, So i've Decided today should be the day i try out leadership i'm always the RP person i wanna help people learn how to become a good LSPD Officer i would make a YT video explaining how PDA works and how to RP the situation's like (ATM Robbery's, Pulling someone over, Aswell what to not do/can do On duty/Offduty) As i have made a NG Video for new people who we're new to Grand RP and NG..

2| 2nd reason is, I can be on alot of the day's i only work 3 hour job IRL Aswell my weekness is staying up sometimes/Overthink things cause of my sleep but with being leader i will push myself to my limits to make sure no one is breaking Rules in my LSPD Term People will be punished i will not use favoritism Everyone will be treated Equally in my Term, Aswell i will make sure everyone is getting along i don't want any toxicity in my term it will be BLACKLIST/Strike!! Depending on how toxic the person was & has been said/Done to the other person if both show toxicity to each other they both get a Strike or Blacklist..

3| 3rd reason, I'm gonna make LSPD a Friendly ORG to join i'm always understanding i always listen/ask first before starting a situation, Aswell i've been FIB (Black ops 2x) my first time being in LSPD as Deputy For Jayy was Tiring but FUN at the same time i enjoyed working for Jayy he would be reason i change my mind not ever being a leader of something, you always gotta try before you even give up Aswell Deputy of NG (Leader Jayy Hill) So i also see alot people forms not making there reasons long enough if you wanna get leadership of anything you put you're best effort into it, But i hope to get my first ever interview at same time i'm nervous but same time if i don't get it at least i've tried.

Advice is just be Nice to new people that join, people make mistakes take that mistake & walk away with it & Learn from what that mistake was IK i had too, Aswell making people Laugh & have a good time makes people wanna learn more from you being very Nice person can get you Far in life..
